Give Yourself a HAND ! - How To Have Prettier Hands & Longer Stronger Nails

 
 
Take a good look at your hands, nails and cuticles. Are they applause-pretty, or do you wish you had a pretty pair of gloves right now??
 
Don't fret, hands and nails are often neglected during our busy lives. The good news is that improving them is as easy as 1, 2, 3 with these tips!

 
So, for all they do for us, let's give our hands a HAND!
 
PAMPER - Your hands care for everyone, give them a little in return. Keep a quality hand cream (no watery lotions, please) or good ole fashioned petroleum jelly on the nightstand, in the car, in your bag and on your desk. Massage it into hands and nails after every wash and in between. You'll be amazed at the improvement!
 
PROTECT - Nails are Jewels-not-Tools! Gradually break the habit of opening, peeling and scratching with your fingernails. Use something else! Keep a nail clipper and several nail files on hand to quickly remove hang nails and snags. Don't just let them "hang" there and tear further.
 
PRIMP - It's less tempting to bite (or otherwise abuse) nails when they're pretty! Keep them polished in your favorite color or design. If you're all natural, get a chamois buffer (this is the SOFT fabric buffer, NOT the emery board...and once per week only) and LIGHTLY buff to a natural shine.
